The 5% commission applies to Year 1 revenue generated from each new market or account that we secure. It is a one-time commission per relationship established — not an ongoing royalty.

Yes. Additional markets can be discussed and scoped separately. The standard package covers up to 3 markets simultaneously, which is typically the right starting point for most brands.

After the initial 1-year term, the partnership continues on a rolling basis. Most clients choose to continue as the pipeline matures and new markets are added. We review scope and pricing together at renewal.

First outreach runs within 72 hours of signing. Positive responses and meeting bookings typically appear within the first 2–4 weeks. Signed distributor agreements usually follow within 3–6 months depending on the market.

We work across a range of consumer and B2B categories. We will always tell you honestly in the intro call if your sector or target markets fall outside our strongest areas. We would rather decline than underdeliver.
